SHIPPING POLICY

PoweredParaglider.com ships most of their products via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days within the US). If you prefer faster delivery or a different shipping method, please contact us before placing your order.

​We use USPS Express Mail Service (EMS) for international orders. You will be contacted within 24 hours with a shipping quote.

​Please note that we process orders very quickly, this means that once an order is placed, we are unable to modify your shipping method. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

All sales are final. However, we do accept exchanges (do not apply to paramotors, paragliders or trikes). You may return your purchase for exchange only within 30 days of your original order. Items being returned for exchange must be in their original condition with the tags.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

You must write to us prior to returning your order explaining the reason of your exchange and in order to get a return authorization number.
